Spain....day 7!

Had a bit of a mad morning. I got up and was wondering what form of exercise I should do today when A came back to the apartment and said there was a triathlon on in Benalmadena which was two miles away. I flew out the door as I really wanted to see it. I ran all the way in flip flops...not the best idea I've ever had! But that was the morning exercise sorted. I missed the swimming and cycling but did see the running and finishing. There was a great atmosphere and I was so pleased I'd made the effort to go. I loved the way this mans little boy and wife ran with him over the finish line. I had so much admiration for them all. Not an easy thing to do and in the heat as well...unbelievable!

Had a nice walk back along the beach with my feet being lapped by the water. Bliss.

Spent the rest of the day by the pool and put my teaching hat on to teach J to dive. She's very good now considering she had never dived before and a very happy girl as well.

Off to eat somewhere different tonight....really don't know where we will end up!
