Fair exchange….

I walked one of my favourite running routes today, keeping up a good pace for all 6.5K. I had got togged up in my running gear but it was so cold…. I came back and changed that for jeans, winter coat, gloves and bobble hat. Much more enjoyable. It snowed and hailed while I was out. D &Co sheltered between sets at tennis.
