Very worrying start to the day with a message from my sister saying she had called an ambulance for my Mum as she was very confused and feeling very sick.  The paramedics stayed for an hour, doing all sorts of tests, and concluded that they couldn't find any obvious reason, but also seemed to rule out scary things like stroke.  My sister helped Mum back to bed, and she slept for a while - and was much perkier and back to her old self when she woke up.  Seems like she got better as the day went on, too.  All very odd. 

Aside from that I had another super busy work day, with more training this afternoon - a good distraction, I suppose.  Wouldn't mind a bit of a break though.
