Icy

Early start after a very disturbed night (not sure why unless it was too much gin at the launch last night!) and a stunning crisp morning with ice on the puddles and a dusting of snow on the cars.
Hectic start to the day with presentation in an induction meeting for new staff, two meetings with candidates a management group meeting and then over to an afternoon of interviews.
Interesting day, and I think a good result (phew!).
Home and a slight panic about how much I need to do if I'm going to get off on holiday tomorrow morning!
