Stone Age

My youngest son and I visited the Stonehenge exhibition at the British Museum and were blown away by the artefacts and stories of Britain and Europe during that era. We both loved the earlier stone items even more than the later more decorative gold pieces except for this magical thing - the Nebra sky disc. I only managed an awkward photo of the label but you get the idea in extras. The other extra is the Reverse side. Being a quilter and knitter I always want to take a look at what’s on the other side and this certainly didn't disappoint. It’s a great exhibition, highly recommended.
