Wine of the Month
This is a bottle of Orvieto Classico, 2021, a DOC regional wine which takes its name, and I quote from the label, ‘from the beautiful Etruscan city of Orvieto in the Umbrian hills of central Italy.’ It tastes very pleasant to me, and at £5.75 from the Co-op, I wouldn’t call that a bad buy. I know much less about wine than I do about beer. I shop for budget wines, and if they are good, I come back again. RT 12
