Poolside

Don't think I'd be laughing if I was waiting to swim 16 lengths of a pool - followed by a 12 mile bike ride - then a three mile run.

This is was what in store for these people - as well as daughter A - who were competing the Skipton Triathlon today.

Well done to all who took part - especially the contingent of blind and partially sighted competitors - who definitely got the biggest cheers of the day.

Think I'm sticking with walking
