Snow white

This is not one of our plants but this magnolia was spotted on my afternoon walk with the dog. Brilliant sunshine interspersed with snow flurries some of which settled briefly later in the day.

A lot of the day has been spent preparing for our son’s flight to the USA tomorrow. Fit to fly certificate obtained, “Verifly” details (eventually) completed. He then had the misfortune of trying to finish check in during a BA IT fiasco. 10 hours later the process has still not been completed. A very early morning trip to the airport now required. Hopefully not driving through snow!
