Liceo 1, Lugano

This is the city high school of Lugano, set in the beautiful Parco Ciani on the lake. It is a foreboding building but still highly functional. My Italian Grammar course is run here on a Wednesday evening. We are now half way through our 12 lessons, but I have a long way to go to fully understanding what we are covering! Thanks to the other participants and the teacher, they all have lots of patience and encouragement for me, so it makes it much more enjoyable.
