St Michael's Mount

We went to Penzance today in the hope I might be able to buy a compact camera to keep me going until we return home and I can get my DSLR repaired. No luck! The only camera shop didn't hold much stock. And I wasn't prepared to but something I wouldn't use again.

So I have resigned myself to our mobile phones for the week. It's a different level of photography and a different way of thinking - no more zooming. I have to be the one to move closer to get the shot.

We walked to St Michael's Mount, had a bit of lunch, and then walked back again. So there was only one image to take at varying points along the way. And the island kept coming in and of focus as there was quite a bit of mist around.
