This is the bee installation underway at my workplace.
I assume that its purpose is to show the staff what busy looks like.
Apparently, one of the startlingly brilliant folk paid a monstrosity to use their clever in the service of investors has invested in a car one can fill up with electricity. There are places on site to re-charge the batteries of such a beast and so the brilliant employee has done just that.
But then, you'll never guess what, the employer had the bloody nerve to charge him for the electricity.
Imagine! Having to pay to get to work!
Should have bought a bicycle.
