Waiting For Help?

This was the view the camera gave me at maximum zoom when I was looking for the person that was yelling for help. Looked very much like someone in an electric wheelchair to me.
Since I know the path he was on I could barely believe a wheelchair getting this far! I had no doubt he was stuck on the unpaved muddy path. The problem was getting there - what looks not a long distance was not that easy to access. I was on a hill and so was he - and in between an impassable wet and wired-in ditch.

I took the wrong way down and around my hill and up his - the wrong one because I too got stuck and struggled against the sucking mud in a new ploughed field walking cross-country. I lost the fight against the mud several times - lost both shoes and socks but got them back, lol. Veeery muddy!

To cut the long story short, he got out of my sight while I was walking downhill and when I got there he was gone! This time it was me yelling and looking around, walking up and down the path but he had vanished.
No idea if someone else was quicker - took me at least 15 minutes to get there - or if he managed to get out by himself.

I looked like a pig and had enough for a day's walk. Almost home I think I saw him again in the distance, this time on a paved street. Good for him!

That was my Sunday.
Should have gone to the Mandelblütenfest in Neustadt (Almond Blossom Festival), I think that would have been less muddy. Too late now.

Here is the path he was on. I was way over there to the right.
