Three men in a chilly boat

I was on the inside looking out this morning to see three men in an open boat in the bay.  It would have been very cold, it has been snowing, hailing and raining on and off all day, alternating with sunshine.
I did get a good walk out in the sunshine, but I didn't escape a soaking on the way back
