Hopscotch

After a visit to the playground - the cousins left to go home.  Na'iema was very sad to see them go.  We spent the afternoon around the yard making rose soup, watering all the new plants and playing various games including this one.  We were all exhausted and had an early night (not early enough) and a little meltdown before bed.  Logan will be here on Friday to pick her up and having an end date seemed to help her.  It has been just wonderful to have her all to ourselves, but it is exhausting and there are very few free moments in the day.  She has been FaceTiming with momma and dad, but I think that makes her feel more removed.  She also seems to be enjoying all the perks of being an only grandchild and overall is adjusting well.
