Beyond Platinum

Although no longer with us today my parents would have been married for seventy-one years. They spent virtually no time apart and are together now. My Dad used to give my Mum the equivalent number of red roses to the years they had been married.
No visit to my friends today, they had family visiting, instead the grass got cut, used to be a lawn until Paddy arrived, cleaned the back garden and enjoyed the sunshine.

Our daily walk was a short one, it’s hot and we are tired.
