Bad day

Must have over done it yesterday, feeling rubbish today. Had calls from the day centre because mum was not answering the phone (again). Then calls from mum because they hadn't picked her up when she expected them too, don't know what she expects me to do. She was picked up, enjoyed the day then phoned again to tell me that. I just ate lots of biscuits...
