Dad's favourite drink was gin and vermouth and all my life there was a bottle of Noilly Prat vermouth in the cupboard. I've never really been into martinis but am growing to love them, made with Noilly Prat, of course. It is seven years today since dad died so there was only one drink we could raise in his memory.
