Tadpoles!

A week ago I collected some frog spawn from a friends pond, I also collected some pond weed and have had it in a bucket in the garden. So now we have quite a few tadpoles with little legs wiggling around. Not easy to get a still photograph! So let’s hope they develop further and more tadpoles come from the remaining eggs.

Another cold and dreary day. 
I took Libby our dog to Home Park for a change and as no deer were in the vicinity I let her off the lead, well away from the ponds too. But …..she found some muddy ditches which meant she needed a good bath and hose down on our return!
