Demo Drill......

Dry again so managed to get some fert spread on the barley that I rolled yesterday. The only mishap was when ,in a senior moment, (scarily like something my Dad would do and we would all call him a stupid old .....)
I managed to rip the tyre on the contractor's telehandler . A lot of swearing later,phoned him to 'fess up. Luckily he had a spare tyre so once the tyre fitter had been the job was sorted.
This was the demo tractor and drill they were in using tonight. Shudder to think how much money was trawling up and down the field,and that wasn't counting the seed and fert to fill it .
Went away to roll the oats that they had sown this morning in my wee 95hp Class tractor. Was quite happy for a while,Spotify connected to the radio and reliving my youth with all the rock tunes from the mid 80s that used to take a cupboard full of LPs that now fit on a phone the size of a fag packet . Progress ?
