Started today

I have now started my MS meds today and oh boy the side effects were not good but the evening was a bit better maybe as I had a proper meal. Usually do 11-3 my overtime but today did till around 2 as side effects were awful.

I am not a big breakfast eater one slice toast at most and coffee so tomorrow morning I am going to have to eat more so hopefully side effects won't be as bad.
