Heart block

I have decided to make a wall hanging for each month of the year. As I have June, October, November and December I am already a third of the way there.
As it will be a wall hanging, it doesn’t need to be too durable so in the absence of any white material ( or money to buy it) I have cut up an old cotton pillow case for the background to this quilt.
Bet you can’t guess what month it is for ….
