Thames Path oddity

I took some stunning sunny photos this morning along the Thames Path in Greenwich, but this one sticks out the most because of how bizarre it is.

It's a few hundred yards down from the Greenwich Yacht Club and looks to be made out of rubbish... I like it because it reminds me of a very odd scarecrow, and George barked at it then run away, so it's obviously doing its job!
