Masses of bananas were handed out to the finishers at yesterday's Cardiff half. Skins thankfully binned rather than dropped. 

We've emptied the side shed this morning and disturbed just one big rat. You wonder where all the others are!

Perhaps the last of the good weather for a while so I'm making the most of being able to garden.

Went for a walk with Jo and the dogs. No tears today but I do wonder how she continues.  A case of having to.
