Cranachan ‘cake’

A dear friend baked this for our wedding anniversary (34 years). It is a Cranachan cake. Normally Cranachan is a dessert, served in a glass and is  ‘fresh’ and not baked, but our friend gave this to us in this form. We had some warmed up with cream added and it was delicious.
