From under the sea

I'll tell you about what you're looking at:-

The seahorse my sister made - it was a birthday present when I lived on Sherkin Island and I brought it over here - she sells these in her gallery - she does large fish and fishing boats like this too.

The little lobster pot was made by Nigel Towse, a friend who lives on Sherkin.

From the left going right - big jar of turquoise beachglass, large tun shell,
jar of tropical sand, photo of the Marques and the Inca, 2 squarerigged sailing boats I was involved in in the eighties, tall jar of mermaid's purses,
jar of white beachglass, coral, big jar of snail shells, and lastly - a very special treasure - a sea fan - they get washed up on the beaches in the tropics - they're a kind of gorgonia (coral).

Another inside shot today as still under the weather but I can feel things shifting so on the up now!
