Lunch.

We got the train to Cardiff to meet up with the student children for lunch. Student boy came from Swansea via a rail replacement bus.

It was a beautiful day and we had a lovely walk around Bute park, then a coffee in a cafe in one of the traditional arcades. I thoroughly enjoyed Mother’s Day.

Our rail journey home was delayed and rerouted via Bath; thankfully we had seat reservations as there were many people standing.
