When the red red robin comes bob bob bobbing along

Not very busy in the gym, but we did have a good laugh. It was only Des, John & Dennis, but we all get on really well. Dennis went on the Bodytrax, for the first time , ever. He was gone ages, and when he came back we asked him his metabolic age, which was 59 (he is actually 74) He was very happy with that, as you can imagine, It was great walking home as I didn't have to wear so many clothes to keep warm, although that will all change  by next week.  I haven't seen many Robin's at all this year, so I was delighted when this one flew onto a tree nearby, and let me take a photo of him singing his little heart out.  I walked home with a spring in my step.
