Chook

Seventy-three-and-a-half

While L and C were riding in Bendigo, the rest of us had a morning at Pascoe with coffees, pastries, fruit, Age quiz, toys on the front lawn, and a brownie half birthday cake.

The afternoon was notable for some zingers from E.

I just finished off a packet of rice crackers. E came to ask if he could have one.
Me: they’re all gone.
E: f***ing hell.

A and E discussing the future.
A: when I grow up, I’m going to be a scientist
E: I’m going to be a cow. A painted cow.
