The Offender

We had a hot water burst last night which happened just as I was putting the bottle on top of my husband’s pyjamas which happily absorbed the first trickle leaving the mattress intact. The flow increased on the way to the bathroom but the trail on the carpet is drying out now. We had a lucky escape as Alan could have got scalded and the mattress spoilt. Off to buy two more.
