Mini Soda Bread Loaves

Haven't blipped in a while, or baked since we moved here 6 weeks ago. Thought I'd do mini loaves and freeze them as we're not eating as much bread as we used to. You can get pretty much everything here in the supermarkets as you can back home, so when I saw buttermilk I thought......soda bread.
Had the fan blasting away in the kitchen as it's "biling" hot here especially with the oven on.
