Pepper Pot

Woke up to the sound of gulls in Brighton and had a leisurely morning having breakfast at J & L’s house before walking down to the seafront. The route took us past the Pepper Pot, which was once in the grounds of a villa (now demolished) in the Queens Park area. It’s an impressive structure and I like to see it standing proudly looking over the park. M did well to walk about a mile or so to the front where we had a coffee and enjoyed the sunshine. Did some useful things at home once we got back but failed to find anything worth watching on TV in the evening.
