Carrot patch cupcakes!

One of the many things I have baked for Mother’s Day lunch tomorrow!!

They are chocolate cupcakes, with chocolate buttercream and Oreo dirt. Topped with a carrot, haha, not really it’s a strawberry coated in chocolate!!

I can’t wait to have one of these, just scones and a focaccia left to make fresh tomorrow!
