Sunny Saturday

The morning began with a dog walk along the side of Hury reservoir. Hury is part of 3 reservoir system with Balderhead at the top and Blackton in the middle. They were built by the Victorians and quench the thirst of people living in the Darlington and Middlesbrough areas.
We nipped to Egglestone hall and picked up some plants from the garden centre.
Chris as and I made roast beef dinner before jumping into the hot tub again. Plus Prosecco of course.
I’ve included extras of the area. It’s very beautiful here. Baldersdale is between Middleton-in-Teesdale and Barnard Castle. The whole area is worth visiting.
