Notes: I tried my first green tea latte with ceremonial matcha tea. It's made with a small amount of water, heated and frothed almond milk and raw honey. Mine needs a bit of work in several of the areas and slight adjustment of amounts - it may be more of an art form than I first thought - but it looks pretty and tasted pretty good. Quiet day, watched some videos (some new people), read some, did a meditation. Al called and then also talked to Singing John later.
