Gym or Swim?

It was gym. Not for me.

J&J Grahams, the deli in Penrith had an offer: 'any 2 for 5 quid'.  Bargain of the century if it was for those cheeses (it wasn’t).

Later we went down to the river in warm sunshine. Those legs may be back under cover by Monday.
