Another Rainy Day

Brrr...it is so chilly and drizzly! It hailed just a bit ago and tonight, we have snow in the forecast. And to think it was springlike not too long ago! In all honesty, I feel better when it is frigid and dry than when the temperature is hovering near freezing and rainy and whatever else falls! Time to be patient as we know that warmer days are ahead! This is one of a few Hyacinth plants I have in the front garden. Some of them were bright yellow when the snow melted off them a week ago. I wondered if the "defrost" might have killed them, but they are turning green and will soon be flowering. Amazing how durable springtime plants really are!
