We went to look at a house today, the first one we've seriously considered for a long time (and with a 2hr journey each way they have to be good). Very annoyingly the road was a rat run and busier than the nearby main A round in and out of town. The house would have been great but the traffic would have irritated us both very quickly.

We went home and out for dinner at the Q Bar instead. It's our local go to place and very good. Except I alway eat too much. Luckily the owner is at his house in Turkey at the moment so there were no free drinks as well.
