Primroses

Got 2 loads of washing done this morning, planted some potatoes and did some general tidying around the veg patches.
This afternoon I took to the hills for a run - with short sleeves - and did 71/2 miles and climbed 400m, som eof it walking. At one point I turned off the track too soon so had to do a bit of heather bashing, as well.
On the way down I remembered I would go past a place where primroses grow and, sure enough, there were several clumps scattered around.
Mr Rat also went up the hills and ran home, managing to fall over on a bit of road and leave several bits of skin behind. He still managed to take the car to our son's (his has a fault and the garage is having trouble getting the right part, and his wife is on call 25 miles away at the weekend) and cycle home.
