Ranunculus

Not feeling too bad, thumping head, cold symptoms and a sore throat.
Still tired but have pottered around the house and garden interspersed with sleep.
Got an alarm on to go off every thirty minutes, then l walk around the house and garden until l’ve got a couple of hundred steps in, they all add up and keep me from stiffening up.

This is my only white ranunculus so far - so it has pride of place on the garden table, pleased l put a new cloth on in the week.
