All Rev'ed up and Raring to Go....

BMJnr blew his amp at the last band practice, all the power valves went puff, but a quick search on the net and a credit card saw him put things right.

I helped my brother today to change his brake pads in the front wheels of his VW Passat, pretty straight forward and only took about an hour, he had his money's worth out of the pads that were in, as they were almost down to the steel backing plate.
It's nice to help him as he has been a god send where carpet fitting is concerned.

Miss Maddi popped in for a while with her Daddy, he has her tonight and they went out to get my Birthday present and cards, really 61 is not an interesting birthday at all.

We had some disturbing news today, our friend has had an accident and he's in a bad way, he may lose his foot, we can only hope he will pull through.
