On the beach

At the lovely West Sands at St Andrews.

Very chilly but a glorious walk nonetheless.

After a visit to Guardbridge to see a bio mass boiler we stopped at J's cousin in Falkland and stayed for dinner. T had made Madeline's which were absolutely splendid! Yum .
