Blossom Time

Now it's blossom time
The days are growing longer
Swallows on the wing.

Springtime, my favourite time of the year. Primroses and violets are everywhere and looking so wonderful. The blossom, which has been shy so far, is finally beginning to appear and looks glorious against our present blue skies.  Rain is likely on the way next week - and certainly nature needs it, but for now, let's just enjoy all the flowers!
