Layers…..

A cloudy sky early this morning. These layers of clouds were in the south east. They are part of a southeasterly front that was moving north towards the eastern side of the North Island. It consequently continued to dump enormous amounts of rain on the Gisborne area and Bay of plenty with devastating effects. We got off lightly here in Marlborough. I started planting pansy seedlings this evening. “Midnight Glow”…. Classically beautiful colours.
