Notes: Loud storms thru the night and early morning and then gray for a bit until the drizzle started again and lasted all day. Al called around 11a thinks he'll be in the hospital one more day - he said he slept very well and the food was ok. Low key day, read for awhile and did the hour long sound frequency meditation. Jumped on the first hour of Amy's premier (pushed back hour and half this week). Al called in the evening and said he was packed up and they're moving him to St Anthony's (seems very strange). Finished Homeland.
