Reluctant bleeder on the A20

Today was my fortnightly blood test. The first nurse passed me on to the second nurse, because I had a PICC line. The second nurse couldn't get the blood flowing, so she called the third nurse (who came with the first nurse). No.3 got me to turn my head to the right and breath deeply - this worked immediately and blood flowed. Nurse one tidied me up and off I went. Everyone was reassuring and what could have been a worrying experience worked out ok.

The big cheese did my oncology call at 7:40 this evening. He was very positive - such a nice man.
