Fading Beauties

On one hand, I enjoy the warm and sunny weather, on the other I am a little sad about the effect it has on the spring flowers. 

The daffodils and hyacinths have opened just a week ago, and already many of them are wilting and fading away - even though I have watered the flower beds a few times. 

I really can’t remember the garden being this dry in March ever before. And there’s no rain in sight for at least another week.
