Wild Wednesday ...

... Six years in the making!

And it's Joe Tree Day too boot!  Thanks to Cailleach for coordinating both celebrations today! And for keeping Wednesday's wild for all these years!

I had an appointment this afternoon which saw me near the hospital.  I knew that there were these steel tree sculptures on the hospital grounds so I took my camera with me.  They are not easy to photograph without a busy background so I've abstracted the photo a bit.  And added a little something extra ... can you find it? The thumbnail is a hint!

My appointment was with an ear, nose throat specialist as I've been having ringing in my ears for about a month or so.  I finally broke down and made an appointment to see someone about it.  I'm a person that likes quietness so this constant noise in my ears has been driving me crazy.  She couldn't really pinpoint the reason for the noise but gave me some suggestions that might help in the long run.  I also had a hearing test whilst there.  I have some diminished hearing but thankfully not to the point that hear aids need to be talked about!  That's a relief. 

Before I left for my appointment I sat out in the sunroom taking pictures of the wildlife ... surprise, surprise!  I could have easily (and I thought about doing so) put together another wildlife collage but wanted to give you all a break!  But I've added a picture to Extras of the female chipmunk.  I can't go totally wildlife free on Wild Wednesday!
