Gaggles of gannets ..

I hadn't really intended to go out and about today, but the call of the sun was too much for me, so off I went to Bempton ..

I didn't see any puffins, though was told there were some down in the sea (they've been having a really tough time - hundreds have died because the conditions at sea were so bad that they were unable to feed for about 10 days :( )

It was lovely day and I got quite a few half decent shots ..
