Shrimp and Rice
Sous vide butter-poached shrimp on rice cooked with tomatoes, clam juice, and chipotles (among other seasonings), and Drunken Goat cheese. Wine: Franck Millet Pouilly-Fumé 2019.
Part way through making this, I realized I was improvising something paella adjacent. It was quite good. The wine is our last bottle of one we have really enjoyed a few bottles of over the past year.
