Little dog, big stick

J found an app today for my iPhone to track my walks, I now know just how far I walk and how many calories I'm burning. Isn't technology fab!!

Sprout carried this stick for 3.2 miles today ( exactly he he) and was not happy when I wouldn't let him bring it in the house!
He was very proud of himself as you can see ;)
